Stallions

We have been fortunate to own some lovely foundation stallions over the years.

Usually older stallions, once retired they are here to live out their days.

Younger stallions still in their prime may be sold to carry on bloodlines elsewhere and to make room for our own homebred stock.

Moorsbeck Herbie the Love Bug now siring good foals for a stud in North Wales and young, newly licensed Moorsbeck Mr Mole.

Only colts we believe have real stallion potential are kept entire and run on to licensing age, others find new homes as geldings.
